Amazes me that the delivery company would deliver, or try to deliver a damaged product.
Purchased this TV after reading the reviews. Waited over a week and thankfully I had it opened with the delivery guys still here. The screen was destroyed, looked like someone put a forklift arm thru it. If you order and use the Amazon set up make sure they open it before they go. I would have reorderd from Amazon but after waiting 10 days then the damaged set arrives they made no effort to get me another one any faster then another 10 days. Still have not seen my refund….
I found the TV locally which made the family happy
So for the TV, it is everything that all the other people have stated who rated it 5 STARS. The picture is fantastic. I had a Samsung DLP for 9 yrs and loved it, but this is hands down a better picture. In fact some shows and movies almost look fake because the picture on the set is so good. Not sure if that makes sense but that’s the only way I can think to describe it.Tons of picture adujustment so I have a lot to work with but out of the box it’s fantastic. No issue with glare as some have mentioned but the room it is in does not get direct sun. The sound seems decent but I only listened for a short time before I hooked up to my sound system. All in all I am totally happy with my choice..
